A town committee reported progress on the comprehensive-plan public outreach but warned the mailer will not reach all residents without extra steps. Renee, who oversaw address matching, told the board the challenge: "That process does not exist on planet Earth," referring to the inability of postal routes and EDDM services to target only town parcels by mailing address.
