A project representative (speaker 9) asked the council to approve two standard documents so the state grant application for Gadsden Park Phase 2 can be finalized and submitted. "As far as tonight, we are ready to move forward with Gadsden Park phase 2 project," the representative said, describing the work along the trail corridor from Linden Street to Denver Street.
