County Engineer Justin presented final contract vouchers for a set of three tied culvert projects. He explained the funding split: two culverts were funded with bridge bonding while a third was watershed funded; tying the work into a single contract simplified administration. The board moved and approved each voucher by roll call: SAP 014597003 for $241,144.50; SAP 014597004 for $245,027.50; and HEI1915‑0083 for $202,520.50.
