Jerry opened discussion of the rail trail and members reported recent visits and maintenance needs. Hank said the town’s recorded easement for the rail trail is old and the town has not completed the improvements that would trigger formal public access. "We do have an easement that's in its 14th year, the town has never completed the requirements of the easement to upgrade the rail trail and put up the appropriate signage and everything," Hank said.
