The Oneida County Sheriff's Department arranged DEC trainings for deputies on Aug. 6 and Aug. 13, 2026. The committee heard that the DEC Checklist and DEC Contact Sheet were revised in collaboration with the District Attorney’s Office to improve how law enforcement documents and handles DEC cases.
