Jackson County authorizes intergovernmental agreement for access to weigh-station data and Oregon Scale software

The board approved Order No. 225-26 authorizing an Intergovernmental Agreement with the State of Oregon (Dept. of Transportation) to provide Jackson County access to state weigh stations, MCS-Enforcement data, and Oregon Scale software to support commercial vehicle enforcement.

Commissioner Dyer read Order No. 225-26 authorizing an Intergovernmental Agreement between the State of Oregon (Department of Transportation, Commerce and Compliance Division) and Jackson County. County Administrator Danny Jordan said the agreement provides access to state weigh stations, MCS-Enforcement data, and Oregon Scale software to support commercial vehicle size, weight and safety enforcement.
