Extension staff explained a shift to a regional model—Region 4 will cover seven counties—while confirming that at least two educators will remain physically housed in Clinton County. Sam (speaker 15) said Amy, the Ag and Natural Resources educator, will be based in Clinton County and will serve as a regional livestock specialist; Hannah will continue as the county 4‑H contact.
