Judge Mueller presented the circuit court's proposed budget and asked the council to consider a 3% personnel increase in line with the county's wage survey. He explained that the courts pool interpreter costs to cover multi-court needs and occasional specialty services such as ASL or Chinese interpretation when the part-time permanent interpreter is unavailable.
