Library completion delayed to March 2027; town building sustainability projects progress
The committee heard updates on several town sustainability and building projects: the library completion date moved to March 2027 with EV chargers planned; Cameron Centre HVAC design is in a final phase under an Ameresco contract; Blanchard Solar PPA negotiations continue; and wastewater and school projects are advancing.

Mike Berlinski updated the committee on multiple town building and sustainability projects. He reported that the library project completion date has moved to March 2027 and that plans include three double-head and two single-head EV chargers. The Cameron Centre HVAC project is in the final design phase under an Ameresco energy performance contract, while contract negotiations for the Blanchard Solar PPA with Ameresco remain ongoing.
