Ashley Black, coordinator for RISEUP for Community Service, asked the Dodge County Board of Commissioners to proclaim September 2026 as National Recovery Month. Commissioner Sharon Cobb Flanagan moved to approve the proclamation, Commissioner Leigh Ann Greene seconded, and the board voted unanimously in favor.
