Committee sets March 12 checkpoint and plans submission to state and select board
The committee scheduled a March 12 meeting to finalize exhibits and the BDR, will present to the select board the following week, and agreed to circulate the edited CR and HMP for one last review before submitting to the state reviewer (Misty Anne) and EOEEA.

Committee members agreed to meet again on Thursday, March 12 at 7:00 p.m. to finalize the CR edits, run a final exhibit check and prepare materials for the select board and state reviewers. The Chair said he will bring the draft to the select board first and then transmit to the town counsel or Adam for review before sending to the state reviewer. Selena Thomas said she will do a final pass on exhibit lists and cross-references and circulate the document the following morning.
