Commissioners approve routine items, appointments and utility permits
The board certified the Sept. 8 minutes, approved requisitions, transfers, three utility permits, a travel request for EMA, appointed Greg Kale to the Ohio Heartland Community Action Commission and approved two vehicles for the Mission County Adult Board.

During routine business Sept. 10, the Richland County Board of Commissioners approved several consent and procedural items, including certifying the record of proceedings for Sept. 8 and approving weekly transfers and requisitions.
