The Board of Zoning Appeals postponed its decision on variance V36 for a property on Shadow Lawn Road after neighbors raised concerns over runoff and the accuracy of the applicant’s impervious-area calculations. The board instructed the applicant to obtain a clarified survey and asked county stormwater staff to inspect the site and work with neighbors on mitigation options.
