Property owner Earl Hughes appeared at the March 17 meeting asking supervisors to waive the township's building-permit fee for Parcel LD-44. Hughes told the board his project has had multiple permits since May 20, 2010, and said he is "about 60% done" with his home and needs to apply for a new permit with Approved Code Services.
