During the public-comment portion of the May 19 meeting, resident Chad Sweigart of 105 Harbold Altland Road asked what steps he could take to delay a swimming pool and deck permit after installing both without obtaining permits. Sweigart said he cannot afford to bring the structures up to code at this time.
