Members approved additional appropriations to pay board officers/secretary positions and passed routine agenda and voucher motions; the council also referred an electric-department per diem issue to the October agenda.

The council approved a set of additional appropriations intended to cover payments for board officers and recording positions for 2026. A motion to approve the three transfers/appropriations was made by Larry and seconded by Philip; following an aye vote the motion carried.
