On the consent agenda, Meredith Bush spoke for Mike Price Builder seeking a modification to the county's proposed settlement tied to a Bert Harris claim. Bush said revised plans had been approved previously, inspections had passed in late March and early April, and that the builder requested negotiations allowing previously approved plans to stand unless the county's building official identified code noncompliance in writing. She asked that stop-work orders be lifted upon agreement execution.
