The Santa Rosa County Commission passed a proclamation recognizing Sept. 26 as Childhood Cancer Awareness Month and encouraged community participation in awareness and fundraising efforts. Commissioner Raul read the proclamation on behalf of the board and noted Chairman Colton Wright signed the document.
