I resolved identified issues in the final revised articles. Key fixes include: standardizing 'Robertsdale City' spelling; ensuring only quotes attributable to speakers in the transcript are used; clarifying that the board granted conditional use to study site plan rather than occupancy; recording votes using the roll‑call lines in the transcript; and noting where claims (parking leases, HVAC capacity) were verbal and require documentation.
