Justice center update: owner's representative onboard, RFQs out for construction manager
Staff said Nate Rumschlag is serving as the owner's representative for the justice center and that RFQs/RFPs for a construction manager at-risk have been issued; a project manager (Ryan Grog) was named to oversee contractor work.

Project staff updated commissioners on the justice center, saying Nate Rumschlag had joined the effort as the owner's representative and that requests for qualifications/proposals have been distributed to multiple contractors for selection of a construction manager at-risk. "We've got Nate Rumschlag now on board as our, owner's representative," staff said when describing the consulting and oversight structure.
