Lompoc planning panel backs zoning changes to implement certified housing element
The Planning Commission voted to forward zoning and general-plan amendments to city council to implement Lompoc’s certified housing element. Staff said changes address assisted housing reporting, farmworker housing allowances, density-bonus references and objective reasonable-accommodation standards.
