The Harrison City Council moved on April 14 to dissolve the Economic Development Committee. Councilmember TJ Byrne's motion to dissolve the committee passed with recorded AYES, and the council discussed structural alternatives: a City committee (which would be subject to Open Meeting Law and require at least one council member and meeting posting) versus a non-city commission (which could include community members and need not require residency within city limits).
