The council directed the borough secretary to contact the code enforcement officer to begin annual spring inspections. Donna moved, seconded by Tom, to increase the code officer's compensation to a flat fee per inspection in spring and fall and to pay $35 per hour when the officer must return for additional visits; the motion passed with all in favor.
