Board approves two rezones to allow parcel divisions and home construction
The County Board approved two ZBA-recommended rezoning requests: a 25.23-acre Solaney parcel to be split into 16.71 and 8.52 acres (variance needed because A2 max is 15 acres), and a 5-acre Mars parcel to be rezoned to A2 to permit building a home.
