Board approves expanded transitional housing and wraparound contracts for youth services
Supervisors approved two THP-Plus contract amendments (Northern California Youth and Family Programs and Youth for Change) extending terms and increasing funding, and approved a separate Youth for Change SB 163 wraparound contract not to exceed $3.94 million for FY2026–27.
