Finance director Scott told the committee that several capital projects are moving through final steps: the Hendersonville health department handover is complete, clerk's office bathroom repairs are finished, seven 'Swig' projects between Portland and Westmoreland are complete or in reimbursement, and Brown House final invoices and as-builts are being processed.
