Butte County Public Health Director Monica Soderstrom asked supervisors to amend the county's contract with Youth for Change, which operates the Parents as Teachers home‑visiting program. Soderstrom said the amendment would bridge services from July 1 through execution of the new agreement, extend the contract term to 06/30/2027, and raise the maximum payable by $320,000 to a total not to exceed $1,041,000.
