County staff said Gloucester County’s 2026 SCDRTP (State/County Direct Recipient Transit Program) application requests $1,304,411, an increase of roughly 8% from the prior year’s $1,203,638 figure. Staff noted the state management plan requires designated agencies to hold at least two CHSTP meetings per calendar year and said the county distributed a survey to consumers and vendors and drafted a scope of practice for the plan.
