Burnet County Commissioners voted Sept. 8 to approve land-use actions on two separate development items. The court granted preliminary plat approval for Enclave Oaks, a proposed private subdivision of 43 lots on 30.42 acres located past the 300 block of Enclave Drive; Development Services Director Herb Darling presented the staff recommendation and the motion passed 5–0.
