Charlie Krebs told the board that the drainage improvements have been approved by the South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD) and that construction permits were approved by the Village of Estero. He said bid documents are finalized and ready for contractors to pick up and discussed advertising timelines, the bid opening meeting and the mandatory pre‑construction meeting.
