Eric Long and Charlie Krebs told the board staff will start the permit application process for the Pelican Sound gatehouse renovations using an application provided by the Village of Estero and will coordinate with RG Architects to produce building elevations in a clean format. Discussion covered permit timelines, the Limited Development Order (LDO), potential combining of the monument and gatehouse projects, bids, costs and funding sources.
