Resident raises long‑running preserve encroachment issues at 4611 Torrey Pines Court

During the public comment portion of the March 24 meeting, resident Judy Kessel presented a letter describing ongoing problems where roots from an indigenous preserve are encroaching on her side yard at 4611 Torrey Pines Court and preventing sod from establishing. Kessel said the issue began in a small area and has expanded over two to three years; she also said mower crews left sand and tire tracks when they worked in the area.
