Aaron, a city staff presenter, outlined a proposed standard operating procedure (SOP) package intended to make the city’s land-use review processes clearer to applicants and staff. He said the proposal would include visual pathway flowcharts, a deadline conversion guide distinguishing calendar and working days, an annual submittal schedule and a standardized staff-report template to reduce confusion.
