The board received a status report that construction on the Dallas Township Automotive Service Center is not expected to begin immediately. An email from Jack Bortz, E.I.T., advised the commission that the project remains active but construction is expected to be delayed and that no site work or construction may begin until the developer’s agreement is fully executed and all associated requirements, including indemnification funding, are satisfied.
