The West Haven Planning Commission approved the final site plan and a conditional‑use permit for Eagan Automotive, a proposed full‑service auto repair shop at 3972 South 3275 West. Damien, the planner, told the commission the site is slightly over 2 acres, zoned MU but subject to the Salt Point Master Development Agreement, and that staff had received the previously required civil and engineering approvals.
