Downtown Moorhead Inc. outlines redevelopment plans, highlights potential SAF project

Matt Lysath of Downtown Moorhead Inc. told the Clay County Board the organization is focused on redevelopment of the downtown loop district, including activation of first floors, multi‑story residential space and public amenities. He said several projects are underway or planned: the 650 Center Building phases are complete and occupied, an underpass paving project is scheduled for an October ribbon cutting, city hall moves back in this November, and a civic plaza is planned for spring programming.
