Planning staff told the board that the building inspector had issued a temporary occupancy that expired tonight and that the property owner was not present to address outstanding site inspection items. Board members agreed the appropriate action was to extend the temporary occupancy allowance to October 13 to allow staff time to complete a site inspection and for the owner to provide required documentation.
