The Alpine County Board of Supervisors approved a new automatic annual renewal maintenance-support agreement with Megabyte Systems Inc., effective Sept. 1, 2026, and waived competitive bidding under the county code exemption cited in the agenda. The board's approval was conditioned on receipt of a proper certificate of insurance listing the county and its employees as additional insureds.
