The Jefferson County Planning and Zoning Commission approved several subdivision cases at the Sept. 10 hearing, granting preliminary approval to S260038 (Williams Brewster Road, 4 lots, 1614 Brewster Road, Centerpoint), S260058 (Newsom Subdivision, 2 lots, 3630 Collwood Lane, Adger), S260060 (Gully Creek, 2 lots, 3552 Bethel Road, Warrior), S260061 (Tana Carter, 3 lots, 2775 Sleigh Road, Empire), and S260062 (Danita Moore, 1 lot, 3059 Webster Drive, Hueytown).
