Committee recommends Road Use Agreement with E 1300 Street Solar, approves routing and security terms

The Transportation Committee reviewed a Road Use Agreement between Henry County and E 1300 Street Solar LLC for construction access to a solar farm in Cambridge Township and voted on Aug. 13, 2026 to recommend that the full County Board approve the agreement. County Engineer Scott Stephenson presented the document and described the approved routes and controls for construction traffic.
