Butler County Commissioners approve four plats, including Allen Road dedication
On Oct. 24, 2016, Butler County Commissioners unanimously approved four plats: a roadway dedication on Allen Road near the Holiday Inn and final plats for Windsor Estates Section 5, Vista Verde, and a Kingsgate replat for commercial development.

Butler County Commissioners voted on Oct. 24, 2016, to approve four plats brought forward by county staff, including a roadway dedication for a portion of Allen Road in Westchester Township adjacent to the new Holiday Inn. Deb Acuff, presenting the item, said, "Staff does recommend approval of the roadway dedication for Allen Road." The dedication covers about 0.667 acre and formalizes right-of-way for part of the existing road.
