The Board of Allen County Commissioners indicated support on July 15 for a proposed study to assess operations of the City of Delphos' water and sewer system. Presenters raised that Delphos is struggling to find qualified operators and faces imminent staff departures, and suggested hiring Jerry Greiner and Tom Stahlter to perform the review.
