The Village of Richfield Planning and Zoning Commission on Aug. 11 heard an informational presentation on Case No. 25‑2026, in which Richfield Town Trust, Inc. asked to rezone a portion of parcel 5003137 from R‑4 Multi‑Family Residential to CH‑I Historic Commercial. Director of Planning and Zoning Brian Frantz told the commission the parcel became split‑zoned after the Trust purchased adjoining land, creating the current R‑4/CH‑I configuration.
