Commissioners amend RUMA to permit buried fiber installation with US Signal

The board amended a previous resolution (Resolution #332-25D) to approve a Road Use Maintenance Agreement (RUMA) that allows US Signal to install buried fiber optic lines within Allen County right-of-way. The amendment authorizes Allen County Engineer Brion Rhodes to administer the project to protect county infrastructure and to oversee coordination between the engineer's office and township trustees named in the agreement.
