The Hendricks County Commissioners voted unanimously, 3-0-0, to enter into a construction-manager contract with Rigdon Construction for the Fairgrounds Expansion Project, subject to reaching final terms acceptable to both parties. County Attorney Greg Steuerwald said Rigdon would serve in an advisory capacity and that the actual construction work will be publicly bid.
