Planning staff reported a busy permitting period and growing development interest in the Goddard area. "1st and foremost, we have 12 single family permits, 2 room additions, 1 next use," the staff member reported, and said combined residential and mixed-use filings since 2021 indicate continued density increases around Goddard and neighboring areas.
