Administrator reports ERP conversion progressing; HR go-live targeted Sept. 20

County Administrator Cassie Taylor told the committee the county's ERP transition continues and that the finance conversion work is narrowing to a small set of outstanding issues. Taylor said the HR side is aiming for a go-live on Sept. 20, that payroll underwent parallel runs to validate setup, and that additional pieces such as the Cornerstone learning management system integration are expected to be ready early next year.
