After a staff presentation and with no public speakers, the Board approved Conditional Use Permit 26-02 (Firefly Point Event Facility) unanimously at the Aug. 11 meeting.

Planning and Zoning Administrator Stephany Johnson presented CUP 26-02, the Firefly Point Event Facility proposal, during the Aug. 11 public hearing. With no citizens signed up to speak, the Chairman closed the hearing and the Board, on a motion by Supervisor Paul Stimpson seconded by Supervisor Bryan Hamlet, unanimously approved the permit as presented.
