The Conklin Planning Board recorded four formal actions at its Aug. 31 meeting: approval of the July 20, 2026 minutes (moved by Dan Smith, seconded by Art Boyle); a SEQR Negative Declaration for the 850 Conklin Road site-plan application (moved by Chair Chris Ostrowsky, seconded by Dan Smith); adoption of a written resolution granting site-plan approval with conditions for 850 Conklin Road (moved by Chair Ostrowsky, seconded by Dan Smith); and adjournment (moved by Art Boyle, seconded by Chair Ostrowsky). All recorded votes among members present were 4–0 in favor.
