Members debated proposed amendments to the Erie County Human Resources Code (HRC), with some recommending that an ad hoc committee review changes and circulate a synopsis to speed full-body consideration. One member said a synopsis of changes would help members ask targeted questions and expedite deliberations; others preferred full-body discussion. The committee agreed to form a small review group to vet significant changes before the next reading.
